3. Children ministry

Dear Pastors and Deacons: I am forwarding an email with the meeting minutes to you for your review. If it is all right with you, I would like to ask your approval for 2 items that need to put to the bulletin for the announcement:
(1) Ask congregations if they have any music instruments that their children do not need them anymore, such as: recorder, tambourine鈴鼓, castanet響板, bells 搖鈴and maracas沙球, for ages 3 and up could donate to church for Children Ministry (CM) Sunday worship use.
(2) Any usable old computers/monitors/computer games that could donate to CM. (not big old monitor or junk computer, before donations, please check with Thomas to make sure they are usable.)
Flora will put above items on the Sunday bulletin.
4. DSL/Phone/Dryloop
Pastor Don just spoke with Rose from verizon. Michael who Pastor Don spoke with last time was not available and the information is conflicting. She clarified the following:
The new DSL price is not 45.99 but 42.99. Also, the dry loop is $10 more per month but there is a one time setup cost off $199. We can call their department direct @ 1-800-483-5000.
Reference confirmation#s for changes in January
conf # C1420722 – remove the freedom plan and reimburse CCC this amount.
# CIDN051471093 – setup the new DSL with faster speed, but no longer static ip – now dynamic ip.
Need Deacons’ feedback on the dryloop.
5. Short term mission trips
I. Pastor Don will provide Flora with Waterbury mission trip details.
II. The dates for Taiwan short term mission may change due to the churches’ needs in Taiwan: 9/30-10/10
