E-mail from sister Cerina

Dear Deacon Board:

This e-mail is for your information. Due to the loss in the past few months, today I made a transfer of $5000 from CCC savings to checking account.  I believe it is my responsibility to give you a quick overview as to CCC’s financial status.

If the loss is $2,500 a month, we could run without touch the CD for another 10 months. The $71K in CD will be matured in April next year. Excluding $63K from building fund, $8,000 will be available.

Please keep this in mind.  At this point, due to the economy is bad, I suggest to hold back any nonrecurring expenses.  Keep the monthly spending to the very basic.

Suggestions: Have usage control on forks, plates, bowls on Friday and Sunday (It goes so fast when the whole box was out last Sunday, 2 spoons for 2 soups). Use power point instead of copy songs for Friday night.  Praise team share the song sheet and collect them back after Sunday worship use, etc.   You might come out more ideas than me.

God bless,

Cerina
